Estate Agent - Trainee Sales Negotiator - Solihull - 55271

Our client, an established and friendly estate agency in the Solihull area, are seeking a trainee sales negotiator to become an integral part of their growing team at their busy office with great potential for training and career development. This is a role that will give you a great opportunity to enter the industry and develop a career in property and to move into a really friendly and established team.

This is a varied role which would be part office based and part visiting properties. The company will support you on your journey to becoming an estate agency professional.

The role will involve but not be limited to:
·Dealing with incoming leads and registering potential buyers and sellers to the database
·Managing the database
·Arranging & attending viewings
·Negotiating offers after training
·Dealing with general telephone enquiries
·Growing their social media presence and dealing with social media enquiries ·Supporting the Admin Team and carrying out administration tasks where required ·Supporting the Management Team and assisting where required
Ensuring the customer relationship management software (CRM) is up to date & accurate.

The Individual - you will need:
·To have a highly professional & positive approach
·To have an eye for detail & the desire to maintain high standards of accuracy
To be computer literate.
·To have excellent communication skills
·The desire to acquire knowledge and constantly improve
·Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
·To manage your time efficiently.
