Estate Agent Valuation Manager - Sutton Coldfield - Upto £40k package

Fantastic opportunity to work for one of the areas most sought after Independent Estate Agent Brands, with several offices in and around the area with a superb reputation. Our Estate Agent client is looking for a well presented, polished and motivated Estate Agent Valuer who is seeking a fresh and exciting challenge. They are offering a fantastic salary package and believe in promoting success.

Estate Agent Valuation Manager Purpose of Role:

·Value and take instructions on properties for sale
·Progressing Sales through to completion
·Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
·Ability to maintain a good working atmosphere

Essential Skills for Estate Agent Valuation Manager:

• Estate Agency Experience including proven track record in Valuations
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• A team player with excellent organisational skills
• You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car
