Earning Potential

Our model is designed to reward high performance.

• List 20 properties per month and earn £75,000+ OTE


• List 30 properties per month and earn £100,000+ OTE

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting property valuations


• Winning new instructions


• Building strong relationships with vendors


• Providing expert property advice


• Marketing and selling properties

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A minimum of 3 years' estate agency experience


• A proven track record of winning instructions


• Strong negotiation and influencing skills


• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities


• A customer-first approach


• The drive to maximise your earnings


• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload


• Flexibility to work weekends when required
