This fabulous estate agents, who are well known for valuing and rewarding their staff, are now on the look out for a new Sales Negotiator/Lister to cover their beautiful Lincolnshire offices as a dual role.

Due to being one of the best, they are now so busy they need another pair of hands to join their friendly, busy sales team in the city centre and also help out at their second branch.

The perfect applicant will possess a previous proven track record in negotiating offers, agreeing sales and seeing the conveyancing process through to completion.

They will have a natural ability for building rapport with new clients and keeping existing ones returning again and again. This agent is looking for an individual who can drive the office sales pipeline forward, build upon the existing reputation and grow the already healthy property portfolio by always looking for business opportunities.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring their personal targets for sales are met and that they gel with the team in order to create a professional and profitable office. Full training will be give but previous sales negotiation experience is essential.
