Estate Cleaner

Location: Putney, South-West London
Salary: £25,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm
Contract: Permanent

Join the team at a prestigious private residential estate in south-west London. We're looking for a Porter (with a strong cleaning and housekeeping focus) to help maintain the highest standards across the estate.

This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in your work will make a real difference to residents' daily lives.

• Consistent Monday-Friday hours (7am-4pm), no shift work!

• Work in a beautiful and historic estate set in over 10 acres of private gardens

• Clean and oversee a set number of residential blocks

• Maintain high standards of presentation across communal areas

• Be approachable, friendly, and professional with residents

• Escalate issues to the Estate Manager where needed

• Work closely with colleagues and contractors to keep the estate running smoothly

• Background in cleaning, housekeeping, or porterage in high-end or luxury environments (e.g. hotels, private estates, premium residential)

• Pride in your work and appearance

• Friendly, approachable, and reliable personality

• Able to commute to Putney, south-west London
