Broadgate Estate, Sat.-Sun. 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Mon. - Tue: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, £16.10 per hour, 32 hours per week. Overtime available.

Are you a highly motivated and flexible individual with a knack for leadership? JPC is looking for an Estate Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and help maintain the pristine standards of a prestigious estate.

What You'll Do

As an Estate Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with a team of 5 cleaners. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervision & Support: Working alongside your team, providing guidance, training, and direct support.

Coordination: Passing on requests, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards, and reporting back on progress.

Communication: Communicating with your team, line managers, and other service partners on the estate.

Reporting: Using basic IT knowledge to write and email shift reports at the end of your shifts.
