Estate Manager - High-End Residential Development (Wembley)

Location: Wembley, London

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (some flexibility)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Looking for your next big move in estate management? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly developed, premium residential estate and take it to the next level.

We're partnering with a respected property management firm to find an experienced, confident Estate Manager for a large, multi-block development in Wembley. The foundations are already in place-team, processes, manuals, systems-now we need someone who can lead, fine-tune, and deliver excellence day in, day out!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running daily operations across a prominent residential estate

• Leading and growing a concierge team

• Overseeing budgets, compliance, contractors, and resident relationships

• Ensuring health & safety standards and reporting are watertight

• Acting as the key on-site contact for residents, staff, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience as an Estate or Building Manager (residential preferred!)

• Strong background in property/operations management

• Confident team leader with excellent problem-solving skills

• Solid technical knowledge (building systems, compliance, H&S)

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and professional
