Estate Manager

Position: Estate Manager - Luxury Residential Development

Salary £70,000 - £85,000 per annum

Hours: 8am - 5pm (with flexibility)

Report to: Senior Relationship Manager

Are you an experienced property professional ready to take the lead at a high-end residential estate in London?

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Estate Manager to oversee daily operations at a very large prestigious development in Battersea, SW11. This is a standout opportunity to deliver exceptional service standards, lead a dedicated on-site team, and ensure a seamless living experience for residents.

The Role:

As Estate Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the operational management of the estate. This includes overseeing all aspects of site services such as cleaning, security, facilities, health & safety compliance, and resident interaction. You'll work closely with the managing agent and resident board, manage contractors, and ensure the development remains well-maintained and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site operations and lead a multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation through regular site checks
• Manage health & safety, fire safety, and full statutory compliance
• Act as the main point of contact for residents, providing excellent service and support
• Coordinate staff schedules, training, appraisals, and performance management
• Supervise contractors and ensure services are delivered to agreed standards and budgets
• Maintain records for compliance, budgeting, and operational planning
• Support long-term planning and contribute to improvements across the estate

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing residential or mixed-use developments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid knowledge of leasehold management, property compliance, and H&S regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using property management systems (e.g. Qube, Blocks Online)
• Professional, approachable, and solution-focused approach

Desirable Qualifications:

• IOSH or NEBOSH (or willingness to obtain)
• IRPM or similar leasehold management qualifications
• First Aid and Fire Marshal training (or willingness to undertake)

You must have plentiful experience as an Estate Manager or similar within a large development - We are also only reviewing candidates with longevity in their roles as commitment is key to the client.
