Job Title: Estate Planning Paralegal

About the Role:
You'll join an experienced and supportive team, delivering high-quality wills and estate planning services. The role is ideal for someone confident in managing their own caseload, with a client-focused approach and a desire to be part of a business that values long-term relationships and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Drafting wills and related estate planning documents
• 
  Managing incoming cases from instruction through to completion
• 
  Providing advice and updates to clients via telephone and written communication
• 
  Ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant
• 
  Maintaining detailed client records in line with regulatory standards

About You:

• 
  Solid experience in will drafting and/or estate planning
• 
  Comfortable working independently and managing your own caseload
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
• 
  A strong customer service ethic and ability to build client rapport
• 
  Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering results
