A highly successful Outstanding secondary school in Oxfordshire is seeking an Estates & Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance, compliance, and development of its extensive school site.

The Role

You will oversee site maintenance, health and safety compliance, contractor management, capital projects, and premises staff.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring the school site continues to meet the highest standards.

Salary & Benefits
