Estates Supervisor

Keysoe International is looking for an experienced Estates Supervisor to join our friendly welcoming Estates Team. A background in equine arena & surface maintenance is preferable as this role will require a high level of attention to detail; to ensure that maintenance processes are completed to the highest standard as advised by industry experts.

Details of the role include but are not limited:

• To carry out daily, weekly and monthly tasks as requested by management


• To carry out all tasks a safe manner as set out by Standard Operating Procedures Lead the team in completing all arena & surface maintenance to the highest standard, to ensure that equine welfare is always maintained.

• To operate heavy machinery and carry out manual tasks to a high standard to maintain the grounds at Keysoe International including


• To work as a team-player, offering support where required to ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe manner as set out by SOP’s.


•  Ensure all machinery operated is safe and fit for purpose. Reporting all defects immediately via SOP process or directly to line manager


• Ensure all machinery is operated in compliance with training, health & safety and SOP’s


• General tidying of site


• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all customers arriving at Keysoe International


• Collaborating with external providers as instructed by management to assist in the completion of tasks


• Ad-hoc activities as required by management.

Please note this role involes working 5 days over 7, therefore weekend working is required.
