Job Description - Estates Surveyor

Dexters are a long established and successful London-centred estate agency with 180+ retail outlets. We seek an experienced L&T surveyor to join the friendly team dealing, as tenant, with mostly retail rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of the group. A chartered surveyor would be an advantage but not strictly necessary but must have a strong background of Landlord and Tenant legislation.

This is an in-house role developing and maintaining a strong base of internal and external contacts requiring the collating of evidence and compiling pre-negotiation and advisory work reports, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and re-gears.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: Up to £60,000 - depending on experience

Location: Hampton Hill

Requirements
- The ideal candidate should possess experience, preferably with a demonstrated background in lease consultancy.
- Demonstrable experience of lease renewals and rent reviews.
- Demonstrable experience of lease negotiation.
- Experience of dilapidation negotiations.
- RICS qualified preferable.
- Driving license and own car preferable, and happy to travel across London.
