This is a varied position combining sales administration with estimating. You’ll support customers throughout the sales process, from understanding their initial requirements and preparing quotations through to following up opportunities, processing orders and maintaining accurate project information. It would suit someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with customers, with the ability to keep on top of several live quotations and projects at the same time. The Role Working as part of the walling sales team, you will be responsible for: Providing administrative and estimating support to the wider sales team. Responding to incoming sales enquiries and understanding customer requirements. Preparing accurate quotations in line with company guidelines. Providing customers with the relevant technical and product information. Recording quotation and customer information accurately within the CRM system . Following up live quotations by telephone and keeping next actions and statuses updated. Managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to order placement. Tracking awarded contractors and merchants to identify opportunities to submit pricing. Maintaining accurate records using Qload and CRM systems . Communicating tender and opportunity updates to the wider sales team. Providing project updates on quotations when required. Processing orders and liaising with credit control and transport teams. Supporting customers with order, delivery and invoice queries. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Promoting the wider range of concrete products available. About You We’re looking for someone who combines strong administration skills with the confidence to speak to customers and follow up commercial opportunities. You should be able to demonstrate: Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Confident written and verbal communication skills.
