About The Job:

As a Joinery Estimator, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to telephone and live web chat inquiries ??
• Taking ownership of assigned quotes, ensuring pricing and design meet client expectations
• Providing outstanding customer service to convert inquiries into successful sales
• Proactively following up on leads and offering creative product/design solutions
• Employing value engineering techniques to optimise project costs
• Seeking out new client opportunities to expand the business ??
• Collaborating with Project Managers on pricing and project details
• Participating in internal meetings to share insights on potential sales opportunities
• Maintaining organised drawing files and custom project trackers
• Assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in sales or an administrative role
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• CAD experience is preferred but not essential
• A positive "can do" attitude with aspirations for growth within the organisation
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Passion for joinery and an appreciation for garden and landscape design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
