We're working with a leading creative production studio looking for an Estimator in the themed entertainment space—renowned for crafting extraordinary environments across theme parks, live experiences, museums, and more. They’re currently looking for a skilled Estimator to join their talented team and support the development of unforgettable, story-driven spaces.

? The Role:
• Develop detailed cost estimates for themed environments, scenic props, rockwork, and show sets.
• Analyse drawings and technical documentation to identify material and labour requirements.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure estimates are both creative and constructible.
• Gather and evaluate pricing from global suppliers, fabricators, and subcontractors.
• Suggest value engineering options to meet budget goals without sacrificing quality.
• Prepare pricing breakdowns and bid documents for client proposals.
• Maintain an evolving database of theming-specific materials and pricing benchmarks.
• Contribute to post-bid reviews and refine estimating strategies.
  
? What You’ll Bring:
• Experience in scenic fabrication, themed entertainment, live events, or immersive design.
• Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and install techniques.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
? Bonus Experience:
• Work on theme parks, museums, exhibitions, or immersive media.
• Familiarity with theming construction and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or 3D modelling tools is a plus.
