Are you a seasoned construction estimator ready to lead large-scale, multi-trade projects? We're seeking an Estimator to join our team in Janesville, WI - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers precise and strategic cost estimates, and mentors junior estimators.

?? About the Role:

As an Estimator III, you'll play a critical role in assessing tenders, drawings, and specifications to create competitive, accurate, and comprehensive project bids over $5M. Reporting to the Estimating Manager or Division Manager, you'll work alongside key stakeholders including project managers, purchasing, and safety teams to ensure successful bid submissions. You'll also provide leadership and guidance to less experienced estimators.

?? Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project documents, historical data, labor rates, and material costs
• Generate detailed estimates for multi-trade construction projects
• Lead change order and revision pricing throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify cost risks and ensure accuracy in all estimates
• Act as a mentor to Estimator I & II team members
• Support collaboration across teams to deliver quality proposals

?? What You Bring:

• 7-10+ years of multi-trade construction estimating experience on projects $5M+
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Accubid (or equivalent)
• Ability to work in union and multi-trade environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant field

? Preferred:

• Experience supervising others
• Experience estimating projects over $25M
