Overview
My client is currently looking for an Estimator / Surveyor to join a forever-growing commercial team in the new build sector. This is a great opportunity for somebody to continue and grow their new-build construction career, specifically in surveying and estimating.

Estimator - Responsibilities

• Measurement/take-offs from tender drawings.
• Preparation & submission of tender bids, including a review of scopes, specifications and all other tender documentation.
• Attending post-tender/pre-start meetings.
• Checking contractual/order documents.
• Pricing drawing revisions.
• Management of variation accounts.
• Liaising with Contracts Managers regularly.

Estimator - Experience

• Experience in the new-build construction sector is essential.
• Experience in Carpentry would be preferred.
• 5+ Years of experience as an Estimator or Surveyor required.
