What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary pricing information
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to support tender submissions
• Help strengthen our long-term partnerships through professional communication and reliability

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• A proactive, team-first mindset
