A leading construction and development company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Estimator to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a diverse portfolio ofnew build and refurbishment projects across both the commercial and residential sectors.

Role Overview:

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, supporting the tendering process, and ensuring that all financial aspects of projects are thoroughly considered. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for both new build and refurbishment projects.
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation to produce accurate pricing.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and contract documentation.
• Provide ongoing cost analysis and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within the estimating process.
