Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a well-established and growing contractor operating within the rail and infrastructure sector?

Our client, a reputable and expanding principal contractor, is seeking a confident and detail-driven Estimator to support their continued growth in Scotland. With a solid order book and projects ranging from rail infrastructure and civils to M\&E packages, this is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a collaborative and forward-thinking commercial team.

As Estimator, you'll play a vital role in the successful delivery of tender submissions across a variety of multi-disciplinary projects. You'll work closely with internal teams and supply chain partners to prepare accurate, competitive, and commercially sound estimates.

**Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for rail and infrastructure works
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing
* Support the pre-construction and delivery teams with budget advice and cost planning
* Attend site visits and tender meetings as required

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Estimator within the rail, infrastructure or construction sectors
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts and cost build-up
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence
