An exciting opportunity to join a global leader in commercial building products and contribute to the success of complex, high-value projects across the UK.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator to support the preparation of accurate, competitive quotes for a wide range of commercial building product solutions. This role is ideal for someone with technical estimating experience within construction or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials and labour
• Apply pricing structures and margin targets in line with internal policies
• Interpret architectural drawings, product schedules, and specifications
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements and provide technical input
• Respond to quote-related queries and issue revisions where necessary
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all estimates and correspondence
• Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and standards
• Work closely with planning and production teams to align expectations
• Contribute to the development of pricing tools, templates, and databases
• Identify ways to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience with estimating, order handling, or similar role
• A background in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Experience working directly with customers
• Strong IT skills, with working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work to set and work to deadlines
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred but can be trained
