Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Estimator – About our client:
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of specialist building systems, partnering with construction companies and contractors. They work closely with architects and specifiers to ensure early involvement in major projects across the UK and Ireland.

• Salary £35–45k DOE + bonus

Estimator – Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from Tier 1 contractors and manufacturers
• Review project details/CAD drawings to recommend solutions
• Advise on technical queries and respond promptly
• Prepare accurate quotations and budgets
• Manage deals via HubSpot CRM with full records and follow-up
• Build strong client relationships and ensure great service

Estimator – What We’re Looking For:

• Professional, aligned with company values
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Construction knowledge ideal; graduates in engineering, maths, or sciences also considered
• Degree in maths, mechanical engineering, or similar desirable
• Logical, analytical, confident with CAD
• Enjoys numbers and problem-solving
• Estimating or handling sales orders experience preferred
• Skilled in negotiation and handling objections
• Highly organised, detail-focused
• Solid academic results incl. English & Maths
