Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a reputable and growing Main Contractor in the heart of Leeds? We are actively recruiting for a skilled professional to join our commercial team and play a key role in pricing and winning high-quality construction projects across the region.
🔨 About the Role:

As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, and industrial. You’ll work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure all bids are competitive, compliant, and commercially viable.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience working with a UK main contractor 
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office💼 What We Offer:
