Our clients are leaders across the U.K. within the roofing and cladding sector are now seeking to appoint an Estimator to the team based in Redhill.

Ideal candidates will come with industry experience and understand flat roofing and cladding very well.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Perform Take Off’s and prepare winning tenders
  


• Site Visits
  


• Utilise industry contacts to negotiate prices
  


• Attend meetings with Main Contractors
  


• Liaise with projects teams for handovers
  

Estimator Key Skills:

• Flat Roofing & Cladding Essential
  


• Ability to create winning tenders
  


• Industry contacts
  


• Excellent organisational and planning skills
  


• Estimating software knowledge advantageous
  

A salary of up to £45,000 plus car allowance and the package is on offer including exposure to price some very exciting projects and progress a very exciting career.
