As an Estimator / Surveyor, you'll play a key role in pricing projects, carrying out site surveys and supporting the successful delivery of contracts across residential and commercial developments. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced team that takes pride in delivering high-quality work and looking after its staff.

Your Role As An Estimator / Surveyor Will Include:

* Preparing accurate estimates and quotations for screeding and underfloor heating projects

* Carrying out site surveys, measurements and material take-offs

* Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation

* Liaising with clients, suppliers and the operational team throughout the project lifecycle

* Assisting with project handovers and monitoring project costs where required

The Successful Estimator / Surveyor Will Have:

* Previous experience as an Estimator, Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor within construction

* Experience estimating screeding and/or underfloor heating projects

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Full UK Driving Licence
