A leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator to join its established pre-construction team. Working on projects ranging from £100,000 to £25m, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the tender process from initial enquiry through to final submission.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse tender documentation and identify project requirements.
Prepare and issue subcontractor enquiry packages and tender documentation.
Manage subcontractor and client queries throughout the tender period.
Review and analyse subcontractor returns and assess project risks.
Compile competitive estimates, preliminaries and tender submissions.
Work closely with pre-construction, commercial and operations teams to develop bid strategies.
Lead tender settlement meetings and present proposals to senior stakeholders.
Support contractor proposals, post-tender negotiations and client interviews.Requirements

Previous estimating experience within commercial fit-out, interiors or refurbishment.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to strict deadlines.
Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using Excel, Conquest, Deltek and Procore (or similar systems).
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with clients, subcontractors and senior management.What's on Offer?
