Role: Estimator / Senior Estimator (Civils & Groundworks)
Location: Cannock
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking two experienced Estimators / Senior Estimators to join our growing Civils & Groundworks division. The successful candidates will play a key role in preparing accurate, competitive tenders and supporting the commercial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civils and groundworks projects.

*

Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

*

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain accurate pricing.

*

Identify risks, opportunities, and value‑engineering options.

*

Support bid submissions and contribute to tender strategy.

Requirements

*

Proven experience in estimating within civils and groundworks.

*

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

*

Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

*

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.

£60k to £70k salaray, Permanent position with Competative Package, immediate start
