We are looking for an

Estimator

to join a fantastic construction company based in Cardiff.
You will be providing technical guidance and support in a fast-paced environment ensuring attention to detail is precise and accurate at all times, updating customers on lead times and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels are met.
Estimator Benefits:
£30,000 - £35,000 pa negotiable depending on experience.

Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.
Estimator responsibilities will include:
Generating detailed estimates within a construction industry.
Demonstrating familiarity with metal technology and systems.
Establishing strong relationships with clients and customers.
Requesting stock availability and advising clients on lead times.
Providing technical support on products and services offered.
Utilise pricing software systems and deal with any pricing queries.
Review architectural specifications and drawings.
Ensure all estimates and proposals are broken down to met clients' requests.
Liaise with main contractors and supply chain partners.
Estimator skills and experience required:
Estimating experience within the Construction Industry.
Computer literate and ideally with knowledge of pricing software.
