Estimator - £35,000 to £50,000 + Benefits - Walton-on-Thames

A growing construction and engineering company is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its expanding team in Walton-on-Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator with a strong background in construction estimating, cost analysis, or commercial take-offs to work on exciting projects across the South East.

As an Estimator, you'll prepare detailed tenders, analyse drawings and specifications, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. You'll work from the Walton-on-Thames office, contributing to project management, procurement, and client engagement activities.

Key criteria for the Estimator role:

• 2-5+ years of experience in a similar Estimator or Quantity Surveyor role

• Knowledge of building services, fit-out, or MEP estimating is preferred

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and pricing tasks

This Walton-on-Thames-based position offers a £35,000 to £50,000 salary, pension scheme, bonus potential, and opportunities to progress within a close-knit and forward-thinking team.
