Location: Commutable to Milton Keynes

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Estimator - Aluminium Glazing & Facades Systems will involve:

• Estimator position producing estimates for a high end range of manufacturers aluminium and steel entrance doors, windows, glazing systems, facades, sliding doors, bi fold doors, balconies and conservatories

• Analyse project specifications, interpret architectural and engineering drawings, and determine accurate product selection in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
• Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
• Attending meetings alongside the sales team with clients where required
• Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Aluminium Glazing & Facades Systems experience with:

• Must have estimating experience within the aluminium systems market sector market sector
• Experienced user of SchuCal / LogiKal or similar estimating software
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
