The role of Estimator – Bespoke Joinery will involve:

* Estimator position dealing with a high end range of bespoke commercial joinery projects (desks, panelling, furniture, cabinets and surfaces)

* May be a requirement to visit sites across the South East & London

* Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines

* Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines

* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information

* Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Bespoke Joinery with

* Must have Estimating experience within the joinery / bespoke joinery / cabinet maker / bespoke furniture market or closely related sectors

* Highly advantageous to have knowledge of Contract Controller

* Great technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Good team player who also works well individually
