Are you a construction or BMS estimator looking to progress your career within a company who will continually invest in your career, while providing an exceptional benefits package?

This company have been established for over 70 years, with a large workforce and multiple subdivisions, covering everything from conception and planning to maintenance. They are now looking for an estimator to join their building maintenance services (BMS) team. This company are one of the top employers, in UK construction, for employee satisfaction and are committed to developing their team's careers.

You will be working alongside the BMS team engineers and sales management to analyse the cost and timelines for projects. This will primarily cover new builds and other similar projects, at the cost of £5 million - £6 million. The ideal candidate will be producing accurate and professional design and build tenders for a range of projects.

This role would suit any experienced estimator in the construction industry looking to progress their career and develop their skillset, within one of the UK's leading construction companies for employee satisfaction that also offer an excellent benefits package.

The role:

• Overseeing Traditional and Design & Build tenders

• Appraising tender documents, preparing sub-contract and material quantities
• Producing detailed and measured bills of quantities
• Risk and value management
• Preparation of budgets, estimates and cost plans
• Internal tender adjudications and external client presentations

The person:

• Degree or similar qualification in construction
• Experience working in an estimator role
• Proficiency using MS office applications and specialist estimation packages
