£65,000 + bonus Benefits: Pension, 25 days annual leave The role of the Estimator – Facades will involve: · Estimator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, brickslips, terracotta, renders, aluminium and HPL cladding. · Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements · Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required · Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices · Carrying out site surveys as and when required · Producing formal quotations to clients · Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database · Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors · Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met · Estimating for projects from £500k -
