Location: Commutable to Rochester

Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 + bonus tbc

The role of the Estimator - Facades & Cladding Systems will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with various range of exterior cladding and façade solutions including EWI systems, timber, aluminium, zinc, copper, brickslips and SFS
• Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
• Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
• Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
• Carrying out site surveys as and when required
• Producing formal quotations to clients
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
• Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Estimating for projects ranging in value from £20k up to circa £2m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Facades & Cladding Systems with:

• Must have estimating experience within the cladding / façade / building envelope industry
• Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
• High levels of organisation and excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
