Are you an Estimator or similar with a background in Refurbishments / Fit-Outs looking to join a well-established company where you will have autonomy over your working life?

Do you want to progress your career with the opportunity to progress into Senior roles, while working with some of the biggest names in the industry?

This family owned business, established in 1969 provide full Fit-Out and Refurbishment solutions to a number of sectors including Retail, Commercial, Airports, and Banking. With an in house manufacturing team, they are able to provide bespoke joinery services to their range of clients. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to build out their Estimation team.

In this autonomous role you will primarily be office based, with travel to sites around Bradford. You will oversee financial contracts, liaise with the Commercial Director, manage project handovers, manage project costs including budgeting and variations, and overall price interior refurbishment projects.

This role would suit an Estimator or similar with a background in Fit-Out / Refurbishments looking to join a tight-knit team, where they will be able to progress their career into Senior roles.

The Role:

• Oversee financial contracts, as well as budgeting of projects and subcontractors.
• Manage project handover, while liaising with the Commercial Director.
• Attend site meetings when needed.
• Progression routes into Senior roles.

The Person:

• Estimator or similar.
• Experience in Refurb / Fit Out.
• Commutable to Bradford.
