In this role, you'll create accurate, value-engineered cost estimates, build client relationships, and manage projects from start to contract award. Daily tasks include preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations for project success.

This role would suit a Estimator with a Construction background looking to join a well-known company that specializes in construction restorations who offer training in their field, great opportunities for career growth.

The Role

• Identify risks and opportunities within tenders to provide precise estimates.
• Assist Quantity Surveying functions and conduct post-completion project reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
