This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator / Project Manager, or an experienced Site Foreman looking to progress, to join a long-established landscaping specialist delivering prestigious private residential projects across London.

Do you have experience estimating and delivering hard landscaping projects? Have you worked as a Site Foreman, Project Manager or Estimator and want to join a company renowned for their outstanding quality? Established for over 30 years, this specialist landscaping contractor has built an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke, high-end residential landscaping schemes across West London. Working with some of the industry's leading landscape designers, the company delivers full hard landscaping packages on projects typically ranging from £40,000 to £250,000. Their reputation has been built on exceptional craftsmanship, long-standing client relationships, and delivering some of the UK's most prestigious private gardens.

In this role, you'll combine estimating with project management, preparing quotations, managing procurement and project costs, while overseeing high-end landscaping projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and designers. Projects are based across West London, with a Chiswick office base and some hybrid flexibility.

The Role:

Preparing detailed estimates and cost plans for high-end landscaping projects
Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
Ordering materials and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors
Attending client, designer and site meetings throughout project delivery
Managing project programmes, costs and quality standards
Office based in Chiswick with projects across West London
The Person:

Experience within hard landscaping projects is essential
Previous experience as an Estimator, Project Manager or Site Foreman
Able to read drawings and prepare accurate estimates
Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
Strong client-facing communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence
