Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus

The role Estimator – Interior Fit Out will involve:

* Estimator position dealing with a range of commercial hospitality fit out projects

* Lead end-to-end tendering process, including take-offs, pricing, submission, and handover

* Prepare accurate cost estimates using drawings, specifications, and estimating software

* Manage and track tender opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions

* Engage with clients and contractors through site visits, technical input, and value engineering to support bids

* Collaborate with internal teams, lead handovers, and mentor junior estimators to strengthen delivery and capability

* Working on project sizes varying in size from £10k to £300k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Interior Fit Out with:

* Must have Estimating experience within interior fit out or closely related

* Ideally have experience within the Shopfitting sector

* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

* Full UK driving license
