In this role, you'll assist with preparing estimates, bills of materials, and sales quotations, working closely with colleagues across departments. The company offers hybrid working following probation, excellent benefits, and all the tools you need to succeed.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing their career in estimating, with familiarity with drawings, costing, or the construction environment.

The Role

• Supporting the preparation of cost estimates and quotations for UK and European projects
• Collaborating with experienced team members and liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• £38,000 - £43,000 + Annual Bonus + Hybrid Working (post-probation) + 33 Days Holiday + Private Healthcare + Life Assurance + Excellent Company Benefits
• Structured on-the-job training, with clear routes for progression and skill development
• Working hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-5pm, Fri 8:15am-3pm (early finish)

The Person

• Experience with preparing project estimates and working with drawings and specifications
• Background in construction, engineering, fabrication or a related technical environment
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with suppliers, clients and internal teams
