This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking general contractor looking for an ambitious individual who wants to grow with them in a highly lucrative industry.

Well-established and continually expanding, this GC deliver a range of unique, custom projects across the US. They specialize in federal works and are known for their high-quality delivery. Due to a huge amount of work and new projects, they now require an estimator to bolster their small, close-knit team.

In this role you will play a key role throughout the project delivery process. Working closely with both the sales and tech support teams, you'll also collaborate with the on-site project team to ensure successful delivery. You will be responsible for interpreting client MEP requirements on specialist projects, providing estimates and technical input from precon through to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Estimator role, and a background with mechanical and electrical. The company are based just outside Orlando but are happy to consider both hybrid or remote workers.

The Role:
- Interpret client MEP briefs and technical specs
- Prepare cost estimates for MEP scopes
- Support project delivery through technical input
- Ensure compliance with federal guidelines
- Onsite, hybrid or remote working

The Person:
- Previous experience in an Estimator role
- MEP/Mechanical or Electrical experience
- Strong understanding of technical drawings
- US Citizen (Due to federal projects, a full background check will be completed)
