Location: Alfreton

Remuneration: £40,000 – £45,000

The role of the Estimator – Precast Concrete will involve:

* Estimator position dealing with a comprehensive bespoke precast concrete building products used across landscaping, facades, structural buildings and architectural features

* Review drawings and project related information provided by designers and specifying consultants

* Price up designs and produce formal quotations

* Build and maintain working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

* Input all relevant information onto internal scheduling software and CRM system

* Prioritising workload to ensure that project deadlines are met

* Pricing up projects ranging from £30k to £5m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Precast Concrete with:

* Must have estimating experience within architectural precast, facades experience, structural steel, masonry, structural building products or related external building products

* The ability to work under pressure and to timescales when required

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* PC literate (Microsoft Office)

* High levels of organisation, attention to detail and numerical skills
