Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000

The role of the Estimator – Roofing will involve:

* Estimator position producing estimates for a range of roofing and cladding solutions

* Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for projects in line with client requirements

* Actively seek opportunities for business development, fostering new client relationships

* Generate timely and well-structured quotes to meet customer demands

* Managing the inbox and monitoring responses for potential projects and client enquiries

* Monitoring ongoing projects from a cost perspective

* Working on projects ranging from £5k – £300k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Roofing experience with:

* Must have estimating experience within construction

* Must have experience with CAD

* Ideally have experience within roofing

* Must be IT literate

* Strong commercial acumen

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills

* Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
