Manchester Area | £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

Are you a Senior Estimator with a background in high-end interior fit-outs? Looking for a role where your expertise will shape award-winning hospitality projects across the UK?

We're working with a national leader in hospitality interiors who are expanding their pre-construction function. This is a senior-level opportunity for a confident, commercially sharp Estimator who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the intricacies of bars, commercial kitchens, and restaurant fit-outs.

The Role:

· Lead the pricing and tendering of bespoke hospitality fit-out projects

· Prepare accurate costings for labour, materials, joinery, M&E, and specialist packages

· Manage the estimating process from pre-qualification to final submission

· Develop value engineering strategies and support project profitability

· Negotiate rates with subcontractors and suppliers across the UK

· Attend site visits and collaborate with project, commercial, and design teams

· Contribute to pre-construction planning and advise on buildability and cost risks

You'll Need:

· Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in fit-out, interiors, or specialist construction

· Expertise in pricing bar, kitchen, hotel, or leisure sector projects

· Excellent commercial acumen and an eye for detail

· Ability to lead tenders and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

· Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills

· Proficiency in estimating software and Excel

The Package:

· Salary £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

· Annual company bonus
