With a strong forward order book and continued growth, they're looking to bring an experienced Estimator into their pre-construction team. This is a great opportunity to join a business known for its technical capability and involvement in high-profile projects across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and major civils. The Role You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of tenders, working closely with commercial and operational teams to produce accurate, competitive estimates. Key responsibilities include: Preparing detailed cost estimates for civil and ground engineering projects Reviewing tender documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers Engaging with supply chain and internal stakeholders to build robust pricing submissions Supporting the wider bid team through the full tender lifecycle About You Proven experience in estimating within civil engineering, groundworks, or infrastructure Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents Experience with estimating software such as Causeway, Candy, or similar Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Civil Engineering or Construction (preferred) Experience in piling, foundations, or geotechnical works would be advantageous If this sounds of interest, apply now or get in touch with Harry Buckland at Aldwych Consulting for a confidential discussion.
