Join a high-impact team delivering complex, multi-trade construction projects across heavy industrial sectors. We're looking for a seasoned Estimator Project Manager III to lead from tender through completion on projects over $5M - with the autonomy, resources, and support to drive results and build something that lasts.

This senior-level role blends strategic estimating with hands-on project management. You'll work cross-functionally with operations, safety, purchasing, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead multi-trade construction projects (electrical, mechanical, civil) from bid to closeout
• Produce accurate, detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders
• Collaborate with union crews, clients, and vendors while maintaining compliance and site safety
• Mentor junior estimators and project managers, acting as a key senior resource within the team
• Resolve critical path issues, control job fade, and drive productivity across sites

What You Bring

• 10+ years of direct experience managing union, multi-trade industrial construction projects
• Strong background in both estimating and field/project management
• Working knowledge of building codes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and project management software
• Background in construction management, engineering, or equivalent trade experience
• (Preferred) Experience managing projects over $50M and ambition to move into Division Management
