Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Drylining & Interiors
Location: London & South East
Salary: Circa £50,000 + Bonus + Flexible Working

A well-established and growing drylining/interiors contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator / Surveyor to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience within estimating or quantity surveying who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.
The company delivers a range of drylining and interior fit-out projects across London and the South East and has built a strong reputation for quality delivery and long-term client relationships.
The Role:
* Preparing estimates and cost plans for drylining/interiors projects
* Assisting with commercial management of live projects
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
* Carrying out site visits and attending meetings when required
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
* Supporting the wider commercial team across multiple projects
Requirements:
* Previous experience within estimating or quantity surveying
* Drylining/interiors experience would be highly advantageous
* Good commercial awareness and communication skills
* Motivated and eager to develop within the industry
* Full UK driving licence preferred
