Job Description - EUC Engineer

EUC Engineer Role

Full-time, permanent position

Location: 4 days in Canary Wharf & 1 day WFH

Need to have construction experience

Main Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for the IT Department regarding EUC asset lifecycle management - covering provisioning, deployment, maintenance, recycling, redeployment and retirement of laptops, tablets and mobile phones.
Complete the physical device lifecycle: provision new hardware, securely wipe and recycle returned devices, and redeploy refurbished assets to maximise value and minimise waste.
Receive, log and manage to resolution EUC-related incidents and requests within the IT Service Management platform.
Maintain and update the asset management database, ensuring accurate tracking of all changes and lifecycle stages.
JML Process Management: Oversee the technical execution of the Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) lifecycle, ensuring rapid hardware preparation, data wiping and secure asset reclamation.
Device Logistics: Manage the operational workflow for physical device deployment, tracking inventory, hardware lifecycles and the coordination of shipments across company locations.
Provide a high level of customer service and adhere to service management principles and processes (ITIL).
Own and delegate priority incidents and requests related to EUC assets.
