Preferred Requirements:

• Level 1-2 experience in EUC Engineering
• Familiarity with printers, laptops, and mobile devices
• Ability to obtain or currently hold SC Clearance
• Knowledge of Government security policy
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant IT certifications or qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
