Title: European Business Development & Marketing Specialist

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 from home

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic European Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join one of our leading, international law firm clients on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead and support various initiatives for the firm's European practices, with a focus on market-leading asset management practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create tailored pitches, credential documents, and client presentations.
• Execute conferences, events, and webinars.
• Maintain and update client lists and marketing materials.
• Conduct business and competitive intelligence research.
• Draft key directory submissions and support practice business plans.
• Identify marketing opportunities and manage matter capture processes.

Qualifications:

• University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/business development within legal or professional services.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Suite; experience with InterAction preferred.
