Job Description - European Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated, multilingual customer service representative who learns quickly and thrives in a dynamic environment. In this role, you'll manage your own customer portfolio, ensuring accurate order processing while serving as a key link between customers and internal departments. You'll be part of the European Customer Service team, reporting to the Head of European Customer Service.

Our company is a global leader in composite materials, known for delivering innovative, high-performance solutions with added value. The Composite Materials Global Business Unit (GBU) plays a central role in this success. It develops, manufactures, and markets key materials used in automotive and aerospace structures, including prepregs, adhesives, and coating films.

Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback to improve services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy and planning.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Support the customer service department in achieving its targets and objectives.

Profile

A successful European Customer Service Representative should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
  • Good knowledge of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
